Sets up and operates numerically controlled horizontal/vertical lathe/mill to perform machining operations (turning, boring, facing, threading) using castings, forgings and bar stock. Reads process sheets/work instructions and blueprints to determine machining to be performed.

- Set up, program, and operate equipment as directed
- Complete customer product requirements as associated with work order
- Determine appropriate tooling/gages for part production/inspection
- Perform in-process inspection as to ensure 100% quality product
- Identify discrepancies in estimated setup, run times, and resolve with Plant Supervisor.
- Responsible for document and data control of programs, tool lists, and other related data with respect to job packets and M2M data.

- Studies the data gathered during testing and evaluates the validity of the results.
- Identifies any problems with new products; makes adjustments or recommendations to resolve problems.
- Continues testing and analysis until results are within product requirements and specifications.
- Drafts detailed technical reports to present findings; based on findings, recommends modifications needed to correct production problems.

- 2+ years of experience with CV joint, driveline, related bearing type product.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechanical Design Technology, other related technical degree or associate’s degree in related technical field & comprehensive related experience or degreeless with experience in the field Familiarity with ISO & TS Quality System
- Sound understanding of testing methodologies relevant to powertrain rotating machines (particular to CVJ would be an added advantage) and best practices.
- Knowledge of FMEA, Durability, Fatigue & NVH is as related to driveline is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Knowledge of LabVIEW, C++, Python is preferred.
As a Plant Controller/Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and coordination of the company’s fiscal management of our manufacturing operations. This position will provide key support to the Head of Operations and to the group controller. You will be responsible for overseeing cost accounting functions, analyzing production costs, and providing insights to optimize operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for cash management and cash flow forecasting.
- Responsible for cost accounting functions and job order costing.
- Ensured proper insurance coverage is carried, and maintained.
- Negotiating benefits renewals for employees and balancing cost/benefit analysis.
